What happens after I send a booking request?

After we receive your booking request, we personally review your details. This includes dates, number of guests, and villa preference. We typically respond within a short time to confirm availability or suggest alternatives. If everything matches, we explain the booking confirmation process, payment details, and next steps. From that moment on, we stay your point of contact before and during your stay.
